SUBSCRIPTION FAQ
Common Questions
How does the subscription work?
Choose your 36- or 100-sheet plan. We’ll deliver your laundry detergent sheets every month and charge your selected payment method for each order. Your price and delivery schedule will be shown before checkout.
Can I change, skip, or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You’ll be able to manage your subscription through your customer account. Make changes before your next renewal; orders already processed may not be changed.
Is shipping free?
Free shipping is included with the subscription plans shown here. Any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
What if I need my order sooner?
Contact us before your next renewal and we’ll help you check the available options. You can also place a separate one-time order if you need extra sheets.
Can I switch between the 36 and 100 sheet plans?
Contact us before your next renewal for help switching plans. The new plan’s price will apply to future orders after the change is confirmed.
